July 16 - Tai Chi for Beginners

Starting on July 16th, 2010, one of our most popular classes returns. Tai Chi for Beginners. Classes will be held on July 16, 23, 30, & August 6, 2010. All programs will be at 11:00 AM. The Pasco County Library System strongly recommends consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program or regime. Class registration is required.
